"Property location was great it’s around a lot of shops, parking was convenient but finding the room was hard it’s barely room numbers on any doors. The bathroom was dirty as if no one cleans the toilet or tub, there were no toiletries to use, no house keeping that came to see if we needed clean towels or anything, the soap container they had hanging looked like they are never changed out with mold and dirt, pillows were extremely flat and room smelled. Another thing it was a lot of Mexican workers lined up outside the rooms (nothing against Mexicans) just saying they blocked my room door and nothing was in use if it was it was occupied by them"

"This home is a dream for families traveling together. We had so much space in the house. Everyone loved having their own space to unwind but then we were able to come together for meals, games, and swimming. The playroom was a truly magical experience for my granddaughter. She stayed in there playing the entire time we were in the house. We spent an entire day at the resort pool. Our whole group was there for a single 35 resort fee. There was an enormous pool, a waterslide, and lazy river. The cafe at the pool was perfect for lunch, allowing us to relax and not have to leave the pool area. The host checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. There was a small hiccup with a door latch that wasn’t working but as soon as I texted the host, they sent someone right away and it was fixed in just a few minutes. We had way more room than we needed but we didn’t mind because everyone had such a great time!No ridiculous checkout procedures, easiest access instructions of any vacation rental we’ve ever done. Overall- 10/10!"
