"I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum. "We enjoyed our stay at the property. It's an older property that does not have elevators. We were on the third floor but we handled it. Steps might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. I loved the tree canopy between the buildings and the pool area. Liked the unit we stayed in."
