"This was by far one of the best villas we have stayed in Florida and we have stayed in many. It was beyond clean, had everything you needed , plenty of towels, the games room was fantastic and the pool and hot tub was the hottest we have ever had and well worth paying for. The check in process was easy and accurate and after searching through hundreds of villas the price was one of the most affordable. I’m sure we will come back again and we will look to book here first. Thoroughly recommended and will give 5 stars like all previous reviews. "

"The house was clean upon arrival in a nice gated community. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a Publix about a mile down the road, which was very convenient. We were in Orlando to go to Universal. The house is 15 miles away, but with traffic, it took over an hour each way, so keep that in mind. We did go over Spring Break, so I'm sure it was busier. We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was when we arrived. But the hot tub wasn't hot. I texted the property rental line, and they said they would check on it and get back to us, but they didn't. Other than that it was nice and the house was a great size for the amount of people that we had. "

"Master bedroom bedding was not washed between guests- found hair clip in sheets. Pool furniture needs replacing. Cushions are very old and do not provide cushioning from chaise bars. Dead cockroaches found behind bed and in bathroom. Dryer was not functioning first two days. Was fixed then broke down again before we left resulting in having to transport wet clothes. Stayed in this home several times before with no issues. "
