"The pool was a feature that was used a lot. We had the option to heat the pool and did so. The week we were there was the coldest week in 50 years and my nephew spent the majority of the time in the pool. The communication with the property management was great! She answered all my questions and even some I didn’t know I had. The rooms were nice, plenty of room, and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. "

"Dear Franka,I am writing this revil to share my experience during my recent stay at your lovely property. Initially, my trip was planned from January 21 to January 26; however, due to the severe weather conditions in New York, I needed to extend my stay by an additional day. I truly appreciate how quickly you reached out and offered the extra days at a great price. Your kindness in not taking advantage of my situation during the snowstorm up north is something I am forever grateful for.Throughout my stay, your responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding. When I encountered an issue with the pool, you immediately arranged for pool service, and the problem was resolved the very same day. The pool quickly became my favorite spot during both the days and evenings.The game room was another highlight of my visit. With options like the bowling game, classic junk box, Ms. Pac-Man, and more than 20 other games, as well as the floating hockey game, my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in particular, was impressively large and comfortable.I would also like to reiterate that the gated community is beautiful and made me feel very safe throughout my stay. I took full advantage of the gym facilities at the clubhouse, which had everything I needed to maintain my daily fitness routine.Franka, thank you once again for offering your wonderful home for many family"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Each bedroom (4) had its own private bathroom which was very convenient. The house was very comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants, golf and shopping for groceries and necessities. The accompanying pool is spacious and the hot tub at 102 degrees was delightful. Ingrid responded to all inquiries promptly and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever. We hope to return sometime in the near future. I highly recommend this home and host!"

"Place was as pictured - lots of room with a nice clubhouse (little gym and heated pool). No need to use house pool. "

"Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again."

"This home was so beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the air hockey table and Pac-Man arcade. Communication was wonderful too. We even enjoyed the fitness center and the pool at the clubhouse. Everything was lovely. What a great vacation! "

"Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and well kept - nicest rental I have ever stayed in. All six kids loved the pool and game room. Great area with lots of friendly neighbors.The only negative was that the beds are very creaky, which woke us up."
