We booked this hotel for our trip to Disney World because it was close and they advertised free hotel shuttles to nearby parks. The only transportation offered was the Hollywood Studios 2 hours AFTER the park opened. When we asked about other options we were given no help. We ended up spending an additional $400 on Ubers. We could have just stayed at a Disney Resort for the same price after Ubers/taxis, which would have had nicer and much cleaner rooms with transportation. The floors and bathroom were not very clean.

We heard traffic all night long and there was a moldy smell in the room. However the staff was amazing and the room was very clean. Just a very noisy area.

The hotel itself is close to most Disney parks. The front desk staff are accommodating. Breakfast is decent. What I didn’t like was the noise outside every morning and my iPhone charger disappeared from my room after I requested for housekeeping. It was plugged on the wall and I never removed it. I looked everywhere and it was gone. Quite disappointed if housekeeping did the it.
