"Older property that has been updated/renovated so stylistically it's an old design but it looks mostly newer. Room was clean and AC worked well. Breakfast was somewhat limited but tasted ok. Staff was not overly friendly - could be a bit more positive."

"Room was freshened every day with clean towels. Beds were made and trash taken out. We requested new sheets and a full clean half way at day 7 as hadn’t realised this is only on request. Staff were always friendly especially Leena at reception. We had 3 2 bedroom suites on the 10th floor. One of the rooms was next to the lift. The lift wasn’t an issue really but people filling ice at all hours was. Read lots of reviews about noisy corridors, so had asked for high floor which I am sure made a difference. Given how reasonably priced this hotel is for a two bed suite, I think the noise is bearable. Given we had read lots of reviews and feared worse, TBH, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel is. Buses were frequent. For early park hours, to make the most of it, get the bus 1hr 15 mins before. We were near the front of rope drop every time and got all the big rides done in the hour. A big plus is the early park hours and thus hotel at £100 a night for the suite is well worth it. Would stay again. Tips: we took our own kettle, as we are tea drinkers along with mugs as we don’t like using disposable. "

"The hotel room was dirty everyday I was there. There was empty beer bottles near the pool where kids were playing. A couple was “doing it” in the pool near my kids. All the parents were taking there kid out the pool.It was so disgusting. I couldn’t stay here ever again."

"Rooms were perfect, food was not the most affordable but much cheaper than at the parks. Staff was mostly great, I’d say half are very friendly the other half and kind of rude… But still helpful and overall fine."

"Hotel was a below average experience that I wouldn't recommend. No vending machines or water available outside of the coffee bar closing. Rooms were tidy, but I wouldn't say they were clean. Floors were dirty and if bare foot would turn your feet black. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn't say attentive. If you are looking for a cheap stay, this would suffice. I came for a conference and booked late where this was one of few options left. I'd stay further away and spend extra money on ride shares before booking this again. "
