"Huge clean rooms and balcony. Grounds are kept clean. All the pools we visited were clean, including the extra shipwreck shores water park. With the extra especially if you’ve signed up for their free Westgate rewards program. Download the free app scan your QR code for discounts all around the resort, including tickets to the waterpark. The other pools were all free. Mom had open pool bars when we visited end of March, we did not participate in a timeshare showing. It looks like other visitors enjoyed them. Plenty to do with young children. We took our three year-old and six-year-old boys. Life fest were available at all the pools. Felt safe walking around there. The movie theater was fun. The arcade was awesome. Beautiful resort we did not eat there other than the ice cream and candy shop. There was a full kitchen we had a quiet room in the back. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"Need more umbrellas in water park area and some music will be good addition. Also the card reader at the entrance gate doesn’t work well or towel dispenser card reader has issues . Overall great water park though and kids love the slides . "

"This is our 2nd Spring Break in a row at Summer Bay! Our teens love it sooo much and there is a lot to do for all ages. The pools are amazing and the bar staff is top notch! I cant say enough about the experience and we will be back again next spring break "

"Our stay at Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee was amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and instantly in vacation mode. The complimentary margaritas and rum punch for adults, plus lemonade for the kids, were a great touch. We stayed in a two-story cottage instead of the main hotel, and it was the perfect choice. With two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and our own private hot tub, it felt like a true home away from home. The kids especially loved the hot tub! The resort has multiple pools, including a quieter one to relax along with an hot tub and great drinks throughout. The kids loved Dippin’ Dots, and we couldn’t get enough of the chicken quesadillas. H2O Water Park was a huge highlight perfect for all ages, with a lazy river and wave pool. It was clean, fun, and included with our stay, which made it even better. Everything you need is within walking distance We enjoyed cheeseburgers from Ford’s Garage, tasty tacos from El Jefe Tequilas Taco Cantina, and delicious treats from River Street Sweets. Along with an arcade and live music outdoors. We felt safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of the entire time. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!"
