"We had a wonderful 10-day stay in your house. It was perfect for our five families--very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Ages ranged from 5 to 73. We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. "The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed."

"We loved our stay at Fred’s home! Upon arrival it was very clean. All the beds were comfortable and anything communication sent before, during and after our stay was replied to within hours. We had 3 generations staying together and it was perfect for all the age ranges (as young as 9 and as old as 70). Handrails for the pool and spa were fantastic for my parents. Hands down would rent again or recommend this home!"

"Five of us stayed here and never would have known that we were in this house together. Place is huge, beautiful and clean. We will most likely return next year to visit family in Florida with the kids. Theme parks are a little bit of a drive with traffic but this house is worth it! The down stairs master suite is perfect if you want some space between you and your kids!"

"Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall."

"I looked at a million very similar looking houses before chosing this one. I am so glad i chosen this! Beautiful house, great location and feels totally secluded. House is clean, pool is amazing. The view is fantastic, saw beautiful skies, hot air ballons, birds of all kinds, turtles. Kids played in the game room and loved the outdoor space. Had meals out on the lanai and lots of great local restaurants. Great kitchen for cooking at home. Host was great, BBQ was a nice add on. Local fun day...

"Me and my family, plus extended family started here during our visit to Orlando and the theme parks. The house was perfect for our needs with 5 bedrooms and space to visit, and also be able to spread out when needed. The house is clean and well appointed with all the appliances and cooking implements you might need. Do not that there are no consumable items with the exception of a salt shaker. We had to buy out own dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. Since bagging all...

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The house had everything we needed. Lots of dishes, utensils, pots, bowls and towels. We paid for pool heat and it was a perfect temperature. Tons of space and the extra fridge in the garage was a benefit and well used. We lost the internet once so we emailed John and it was fixed within minutes. There is open space behind the property and a hedge around the pool area so lots of privacy. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here...
