"The home is lovely and comfortable.This home is lovely and has higher end furniture. The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked there every day. The pool area is nice even though it was too cool when we were there to utilize it. We did sit on the loungers outside though to enjoy the sunshine. Any issues we had, we contacted Robert and he was super about addressing our concerns."

"The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. Water was flying all over the patio. When I called to get help I was told to turn the water off. The space in the house is nice but a lot of the renovations seem unfinished or poorly done. Overall, I would never stay here again. There was an extra fee for the pool and hot tub that was not included in the description which is misleading. The pool never stayed warm. There were also no cleaning materials provided. There are also a lot of rules to follow and notes throughout the home due to plumbing and air conditioner issues in the home. If we failed to comply, we would be charged more money. The refrigerator needed a new filter. It was just a disappointment. "

"We had a sports team of 38 there over Spring Break! We would 100% stay again. Just some tidbits for big team travelers, don’t go too far in if you have a coach bus or large bus. We had 15 passenger vans and we fit well. When getting to the house, there are two other houses right next to it and at first it looks wrong to enter, but wise fine once you realized it was good. The company responded well to some things and overall it was an amazing stay!"
