Not one to leave reviews but I really wanted to this time. This hotel was great. It was so peaceful and quiet, room service came every day which in my book is amazing. The beds were ok, nothing special but not terrible by any means. A hotel this great and only 10 minutes from Disney is a win in my book. Me and my family will be staying here every time we come to Disney.

Great location l, I thought bed were comfortable..clean room weird smell but not too bad like a mold but I think it's more AC being on hot outside room was clean but a few minor issues that I didn't bring up to staff was tiny wormsbbut harmless and nothing to scary. They were escaping the heat. Pool was cool the lobby was cool

The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are very outdated, and the carpets have a strong old and damp smell. The hotel has a lot of potential, and with some renovations and improvements to the rooms, it could become a really great hotel. The main issue is the condition and smell of the rooms; everything else, especially the staff, was very good.

Excellent location and room. Walking distance to Walmart and ample parking. Stayed in a standard king room where we could park our car infront of the room. Called for room service and room was cleaned when we arrived back from being out. About 10 mins to Disney property and 20 to universal. Comfortable bed, couch, desk, microwave and closet space with hangers in room. Ample storage space. Only issue with our room was we found a dead centipede on the floor prior to checking out. Front desk was very apologetic and approved a few upgrade for our next stay.

First night we had to switch rooms because we found a live roach on the floor. Staff was informed and kindly provided us with another room adjacent to the first room, same level. The rest of our stay was unbothered by pests or anything. Pool was great to cool off by, buses to and from the parks are great if you catch them early, and experience is what you pay for. I will say I was told the security deposit would return to my account in due time, 7-10 business days, but it has been longer than that...
