"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"I really enjoyed staying at Shinjuku Washington Hotel with my family for 4 nights in August of 2026. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the quality of food was great. It’s also so convenient to Shinjuku Station and all the restaurants, bars and shops surrounding the area. A must stay if you’re in Shinjuku City. The only issue I have was that the bathroom is so small and not ideal for those 6’3 and above. Stay here, I highly recommend Shinjuku Washington Hotel in Tokyo."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bus we used from Haneda airport dropped us off just in front of the hotel ( the hotel is large/ popular enough to have its own stop. The hotel staff were amazingly attentive and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed with a tremendous view of Tokyo (we had a 23 rd floor room). Everything was clean and the rooms were of good size but I would not say large. The hotel has multiple shops and restaurants included. The lunch buffet on the first floor was outstanding and reasonably priced. The hotel felt a bit dated but it did not distract us from have an outstanding experience! Great hotel."
