"Poor communication and customer service. You have to call a remote reception, which is inflexible and with no knowledge of the local hotel. We have arrived 2 hours early and tried to see if we can keep the luggage until the check in. We were told a sure and inflexible no, just to turn around and see a dedicated room which was used by other customers. "

"Great location, close to Ueno Station for exploring Tokyo. A short walk to Ueno Park, museums and other cultural attractions. Staff were friendly and everything was kept very clean. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds."

"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"My family and I had a great stay at Minn Asakusa! Area is fantastic - has a local feel but close to a ton of attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony! Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great stay at Calm Asakusa. Best things about property was the location, so close to Asakusa station and other sights including restaurants, shopping and of course Kaminarimon Gate & Sensoji Temple. The property itself was very clean & quiet. Having a washing machine was very handy. Bathroom had all the bells and whistles and water temperature & pressure were excellent. We were staying there as a family of four with two kids and found it quite tight as the day bed could really only fit one...

"Host is very nice and was able to communicate efficiently. He even helped me carry my luggage in the second floor. The room has a washroom, kitchen, and laundry machine. Very comfortable stay indeed. Hope to visit again in the future."

"We enjoyed staying here. We felt money could be saved by having thicker towels,because the current ones required washing daily. Probably the only negative was that we weren't advised that the hot water needed to be turned on by via a digital paid on kitchen wall!(The thought of a cold shower after a hectic day was not a nice thought!) The bed/ living room space excellent.Beds very comfortable. Only other suggestion would be some shelf or drawer space for clothes;even plastic drawers."
