Room nice with full kitchen. Noticed dust in quite a few places though. Loved location with a ton of dining and shopping nearby. Short 5 min walk to train station and massive mall. Safe and quiet. Tv placement strange, I like to fall asleep with tv on and was unable to see from bed. Overall room was large for Japan and proved to be a great home base.

Great hotel. Staff are all very helpful and speak fluent English- no problem at communication at all. The room is very spacious (in Japanese standard) and good location. The hotel provide hotel delivery service (at reasonable cost) and was managed very good. It’s my second time staying with the hotel and I would definitely stay with MIMARU again if I’m visiting.

The hotel is in a convenient location surrounded by a lot of eating options. The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean. The only issue I had was with the noise coming from the upper levels. I could hear people walking at all hours of the night and early morning.

The staff were welcoming and friendly — such a nice first stop after our 14-hour flight. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay, and it was very convenient to find restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!
