"The entire staff was top notch. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant workers and masseuse was excellent. Hats of to the bakers in particular, I loved the pastries! When I visit again, I would be happy to stay at the Keio Plaza!"

"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "

"We stayed here for 7 days. I love the location. Close to airport limousine bus stop, train stations, sensoji temple, shopping places and restaurants. Plus the room is spacious. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel."

"The staff was excellent. I thought I hurt my back after we arrived. The next morning I asked a lady at the front desk if she could help me find a clinic to have it looked at. She was so fast. Pulled out a binder and called for me. They weren't open but an hour later she had an appt for me within 30 minutes. I found out later it was a kidney stone. I would not have known where to go without their help. Greatly appreciate the staff. Would come back again!!! "

"We reserved two rooms and had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Prince Hotel. The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station and shopping, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight with delicious food and plenty of great choices to start each day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that we truly enjoyed!"
