Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants, lovely staff and a 10min walk to the train station.

The Tokyo Station Hotel is simply stunning and elegant. The staff greeted us from the shinkansen platform and they helped us navigate from the busy platform to the quiet hotel lobby. Tokyo train station is one of the busiest places and this 'meet and greet' service helped so much and was very much appreciated. The spacious room we had was gorgeous, and the third bed so comfortable. It was super quiet and we found it hard to believe the Tokyo train station was underneath. We will definitely stay...

Great and enjoyable stay. Hotel itself is on a hill, so taxis were always readily available which helped a lot

Loved our stay for a week at the Fairmont Tokyo, location is convenient, very more luxury hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We booked the executive twin room for our family of 4 for our final night in japan. It was a really large room with a lounge area and walk in wardrobe. The room was so comfortable and luxurious. However our only complaint would be that the 2 beds were a bit small for 2 people and the pillows were either too soft or firm - but we were only there for 1 night. Our rate included complimentary bar fridge and access to the onsite onsen. The Osen was an absolute god send after our exhausting 2 week...

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with brilliant amenities and a great bathroom. Beds were comfy. The pool and gym were very good (warning to parents - under 18yo not allowed). There were 4 subway lines directly connected to the hotel so getting to other parts of Tokyo was easy. The surrounding area is quiet but with convenience stores and eating options within walking distance. The bar had a nice ambience with good cocktails. The only negative - buffet breakfast...

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

Very Impressive hotel and amazing food.

Great location and hotel. Great place to come back to after full days exploring. Train stations close by. Love being in a hotel that feels like you are in Japan. You will not be disappointed.

We had a Mt Fuji facing room though the view was mesmerizing from every direction. We enjoyed a drink at the New York Bar every night and a meal at the beautiful Nozue as well. Breakfast was wonderful with a selection of Japanese and western delights as well as spectacular view and service. It was great to energetically explore Tokyo with the knowledge that we had the luxury and comfort of the hotel to come back to.

Great access to Omiya station and surrounds. Hotel looks great and rooms are well appointed.

It was good. We would however prefer to stay closer to the Action. Next time we will stay at Hyatt

One of the best hotels I have stayed so far. Spacious room, excellent service and beautiful food.

The pool and breakfast were great however the breakfast was very expensive.

What an amazing experience this hotel was totally amazing - from checkin to departure we were treated like VIPs. The staff are excellent and we were given a complimentary ride in the rolls royce to end our long trip overseas. We stayed at the peninsular for one day.
