We really like that our room have a washer/dryer. Very convenient. They also provide detergent. The hotel is very close to Gotanda station. The welcome drinks and 24/7 coffee/tea at the lobby were a plus.

El hotel es elegante, las habitaciones son espaciosas y comfortables, el desayudo muy variado y todo muy rico, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y todos los dias pasaban a limpiar, esta a una cuadra de la estacion Shiomi, pero lo mejor de todo es la hospitalidad y el trato amable del personal, sin duda me volveria a hospedar en este hotel, nosotros estuvimos 9 dias y el precio tambien es muy accesible para todas las maravillas que ofrece este hotel.

Thanks to the opening of the Takanawa Gateway Station this makes transportation and dining and shopping all in one place! It isn’t too crowded and excellent for me who wants a less chaotic environment from shinjuku and shibuya. Will always recommend this place for those seeking walkable places while being relatively close to the Yamanote Line

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a magical place. The room we were in was immaculate, the grounds were meticulously manicured and the food was incredible. But what sets this place above, is the people. We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts across the world and I will say, the staff at Hotel Chinzanso make everyone feel incredibly well taken care of...special...like royalty. This will be the only hotel we stay at when going back to Tokyo.
