"I just got back from my trip to London and the my stay at Premier INN was awesome. The staff was great and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. I would def stay here again! "
"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again!

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend."
"Very reasonably priced, comfortable bed and nice shower. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good location near the train station and a short walk to Rochester Castle.
Only negative, just wish we could have opened the window a little more to let cool air in at night, it was unseasonably hot weather so wouldn’t be a problem most of the time.
Overall recommend this hotel."

"great hotel....location was awesome for concert across in silver works island ...5 min walk ...hotels buffet breakfast was delicious with so much options from cereals, cold meats ,mouth watering pastry selection and hot breakfast options ..also had good decent workout from gym room facilities...staff were friendly and helpful and overall I will definitely be returning on my nxt visit to London..trains into city are bout 10 min walk from hotel and a fun way to explore and get about London so even though hotel is not in city centre it's so easy to get in and out by train so this wasn't an issue but made exploring the city more fun"
"Three night stay to attend a music festival. The reception area is large, airy and with plenty of seating and has a great little Starbucks counter. The checking in process was flawless and staff were professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a little tired in areas. There was no AC but two fans had been provided which did the trick. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked sausage! And totally set us up for the day. It is possible to walk into town but it is also on a bus route which stops across the road from the hotel. For what we wanted this hotel gave us it and more."
"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "
"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when
assistance needed to book transport. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding and although the evening dining options were limited ,there were plenty of alternative options nearby."
