Wonderful stay in a quirky questhouse. Our luggage was picked iup at the train station in their luggage bike (by the owner!)and delivered to our room so we could enjoy fish and chips on the beach at the Kiosk (very nice) and visit the Turner Art Centre before check in. Easy short walk after our stay with luggage to the station. We were not in a sea facing room but enjoyed breakfasts in the beautiful Pearly Cow restaurant and visited the top floor bar. Great one night stay. Comfortable room with all the basics although note the lack of fridge. Couldn’t work out how to turn on the fan in the bathroom so that fogged up the room a little. Service at reception and in the restaurant was great and the food was really good.

I loved all of the charm and character. The owners were friendly and accomodating.

Lovely place to stay. Our room (10) was very quiet. It was a bit warm but it is summer so to be expected. Bed was comfortable. Food was fantastic for brekkie. Lots of options and very generous. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning place to stay - the rooms are gorgeous as is the inn, pub and restaurant. Staff are warm and welcoming, and the area is divinely quiet. Highly recommended, one of my favourite stays in a long long time.

Dane Court is well located to Tinterden which is a nice town with good facilities in a lovely part of the UK. Our lodgings were in a Japanese style, quite new and very clean. The main bedroom was setup with tatami mats and a mattress on the floor that traditionally would be a futon. They had used a very soft mattress which was not to my personal taste.

Amazing place to stay! The most comfortable bed. Bath and shower were awesome and the food from the restaurant was delicious!

Such a lovely property. True old fashioned service with a smile. Steve and Barbara were so accommodating. Room clean and had everything we needed. Suggestion for dinner at the local pub was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Just what we were looking for before heading into London.
