First time staying here, chose for the location. Excellent customer service on arrival, communal bar area a lovely addition with a pool table. We were able to order food although it was quite late and the food came out well presented. Despite being a big hotel it was very quiet.

Its a great overnight stop. However the walk in bathroom was quite shabby and the floor very slippery as the whole floor floods when you take a shower. The room was basic with enough storage and the beds were very comfortable. Sound proofing from the motorway behind was fantastic could not hear it at all. Breakfast was awesome.

Staff were very friendly, good parking. Room smelt damp and the bathroom fans did. It work. The room ‘air cooling’ (they do not have air conditioning) did not work so to have any air movement the window had to be open which was too noisy due to the M25.

Good overnight accommodation

Check in was swift and accommodation was good for our needs. Plenty of parking but remember to register your car registration number at reception. Breakfast was okay with a decent choice.

Very shabby property in need of updating. Staff were all very nice, but the room was badly in need of renovation. Probably the hardest mattress/pillow combination I’ve ever slept on; like lying in the road with your head on the kerb.

The hotel was clean, rooms large enough, staff were pleasant. However the hotel is located near a toll bridge and all night there is a bleeping sounds as cars pass. The hotel has tried to deaden the noise with double windows, but it is still noisy

It's Fine

Breakfast is always good ... David and the team work hard to clear tables and keep the food flowing. You have to drive to Lakeside, but it stops you drinking too much!!! Great location for my work visits

This was my 1st time staying at an Ibis Hotel 1st impression very Clean reception area very clean and spacious staff friendley and helpful. The room was ok it waa a standard basic room clean i didn't like the raised step to the Bathroom kept forgetting the step was there a few times which if i had fallen could have been a very serious matter and the sink plug hole the water was not flowing out fast enough was the sink was filling up quite quickly. Love the shower very spacious. Not sure if i would stay at an Ibis again but would recommend.
