"The only problem we had was the curtains not covering the whole window, so at 7ham we were waking up by the light getting into the room. A part from that, amazing hotel with a nice vibe. "

"Great room , clean and nice to have a sitting area in the room. The pool is warm. Was able to wash some clothes, which was a bonus . The restaurant is the only area that needs improvement. We waited a long time to have our order taken, as did other families. When food was brought to us there was no cutlery brought out, and instead of bring us some, the waiter went and cleared the next table instead! "

"Please be careful as this resort is full of rude staff andr hey will tell you one thing and do another. Nobody cares about your service even if you try to reach out floor manager or supervisor. Everyday was new stress. I would not recommend it at all. "

We especially liked the Cafe Bistro with touch screen ordering, the poolside little cooking stations for a taco or nachos as a snack, the evening shows (esp the breakdancing one). The staff all seemed happy, engaged and proud to work there. "

"Excellent smaller resort. Great food with fun swim up bar and activities. The beautiful pools had a gorgeous ocean view and beach was also great to lounge at with great service. No hoarding of beach chairs at 6am! Perfect location from downtown Cancún and the airport. The staff was exceptional in every area!"
