"We spent a week at the Royalton Splash! Loved every minute! The beach was not crystal clear water, so if that is what you are looking for this may not be the place. Pools were amazing! Restaurants were amazing! Staff was amazing! Will definitely go back!!"

"Amazing resort. Clean room, shuttles were always available. Room service was incredible. Staff went above and beyond. Pools were always accessible. Was hard to accommodate large groups, had to sit at different tables. A little pushy on selling the future stay at the beginning and end. "

"Lovely room, very clean. Shower never got hot, but at least it wasn't freezing cold! We especially appreciated the help setting up our airport transfers, and also our supper in the dining room was excellent. We did not get his name, but our waiter was very attentive and kind, recommending our meals and helping us learn a bit more Spanish. All greatly appreciated!"

"Truly a 5-star experience with the comfort, the food, and the entertainment. There were shows with professional dancers and great singers as well as live music. The food was excellent including the taco stand at the pool. The only area of improvement was the Maxal Mexican restaurant, I didn’t like the Buffett or the tacos from there. Some meats were undercooked and tasted plain. Also the beach wasn’t the crystal clear blue waters you’ll expect from Cancun. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely recommend and be back. "
