"The hotel its self doesn't look like its promoted. It looks crusty and unprofessional. Also the staff at the front are so rude. No mirrors in the room like what the heck."

"The only problem we had was the curtains not covering the whole window, so at 7ham we were waking up by the light getting into the room. A part from that, amazing hotel with a nice vibe. "

"Great room , clean and nice to have a sitting area in the room. The pool is warm. Was able to wash some clothes, which was a bonus . The restaurant is the only area that needs improvement. We waited a long time to have our order taken, as did other families. When food was brought to us there was no cutlery brought out, and instead of bring us some, the waiter went and cleared the next table instead! "

No hoarding of beach chairs at 6am! Perfect location from downtown Cancún and the airport. The staff was exceptional in every area!"
