10/10 Excellent
"Lovely spacious clean modern room set in a gorgeous palatial estate with wonderful grounds including kids park, outside gym, fountain and tennis courts. We used the swimming pool the night of our arrival which was lovely with towels provided - although it was very deep the hotel provided fun floats for children. The staff were helpful at reception on a couple of times we asked questions or requests and all accommodated etc. Breakfast was good although it did get busy! Only downside for us were lack of plug sockets in the room ( esp near the dressing table) any no internet in our room whatsoever ( think our room was too far out for the WiFi hub) so we couldn’t even send text messages as said no service! But we would deffo stay again as great location."

"Staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean and looked after. There was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom but I'm sure it was just a drain smell. I'm sure if it was raised with staff it would have been sorted. Bed was comfy."
