Great hotel, lots to do and helpful staff, BUT it seems it's quite normal for people to be allowed to smoke weed in their rooms which wasn't pleasant especially if you have children with you. Staff just seemed to be okay with it, bit strange but we had a wonderful weekend there, the food and drinks are lovely and the spa is gorgeous!

Another great stay

We always stay here when we visit The Harry Potter Studios. The staff are brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is superb in every way. The cleanliness is on point and the leisure activities (mainly the pool for my 6yr old) are a little tired looking (changing rooms); but overall are great.

A great hotel break

I enjoyed the delicious food. the staff are very polite and hospitable. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was good. The sauna was amazing as well as the jacuzzi and pool. It actually felt like being at home. Nothing was too much bother for the staff.
