We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet.

Perfectly comfortable stay in good size room. Reception and bar staff are friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was a little underwhelming and the place is quite dark but otherwise would stay again.

Convenient location not far from Heathrow to book for the night after our afternoon arrival from Australia. We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel approximately 20-25 minutes walk from the centre of Marlow. We were lucky that the weather was fantastic and so were able to use the pool and outdoor sun loungers. Bit of a bonus ! We eat in the restaurant on one of the evenings and the food was good. Compared to the standard hotels in the centre of London this is a much better alternative and no issues getting the train in and out. Only downside was the bar manager on the evening of the World Cup games who was insistent that the bar would close at 11-00 and he would turn the TV off which he did. A man clearly not suited to the hospitality industry :) That aside the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8

Overall pretty good. Older property, but updated in the right places. Needs finishing touches such as better sealant around water fixtures. An outdoor heated pool would be amazing. Also, the bar doesn’t have Aperol! Easy to fix.

The room was very clean, modern and spacious. A little fridge was stocked and the usual tea and coffee were available. The gym is small but had everything that I wanted to use, the spa area was clean and everything worked. Reception and room service staff were professional, polite and friendly. I slept well, felt safe and genuinely enjoyed my stay.

The reception staff really kind and attentive. The ladies cleaning the room always asked me if I needed anything else and I just found them to be really lovely. The air conditioning was fabulous to have. At one point in the middle of the night I thought it wasn’t working properly, I phoned reception and somebody came out immediately to have a look. In fact the problem was with me, I hadn’t understood quite how to manage the controls. This hotel is excellent and the staff go over and above to try and make sure guests are comfortable.
