Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."

Its perfect for me to get in and out of London on the central line, so location is perfect But, the hotel needs TLC, the lift is amusing, so slow, the room are a good size but tired, looks like some of the carpet has been updated, but the bathrooms? no plug in the sink, a very poor shower, dirty grout, they could probably remove the bath's have a really nice shower cubicle and it would be lovely, the reception always has the office door open and the office looks messy, the staff are nice and helpful. the bar area is functional, but the evening restaurant is the same area the breakfast is, and although the food might be excellent(I have never eaten in the evening) the ambience does not make it appealing. i will continue to stay here, and hopefully watch the hotel improve"
