"Excellent option for a hotel only a few minutes from Heathrow. The rooms and bathrooms were big and clean, staff was friendly, common areas modern and clean. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked amazing. Great value for the price!"

"Wonderful service! My room was upgrade upon arrival and they even let me stay an extra hour since I got back super late before checkout and needed the time to sleep. Beautiful place, clean, spacious and the bus stops are no more than a 3-10 minute walk depending on where you’re going. My only complaint was (and this could be a cultural difference) was someone came into my room twice on the day of checkout hours before I was supposed to check out. Her reason was, “I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on.” But I would think you wouldn’t start entering rooms until checkout at the very least. Didn’t spoil the service of the entire stay. Just make sure to have that button pressed so your sleep isn’t disturbed. "

"It was easy to get to from Heathrow. There was a bar /restaurant near check in that I would have gone to if I wasn’t leaving early the next morning. It looked warm and inviting. It was a lovely experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel near Heathrow. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Never heard another person. "

"The staff were excellent, especially Jose who was polite, welcoming and very helpful. The bedroom was a delight with a comfortable oversized bed. The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept. Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever. Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price."
