Great value stay and good breakfast included. Very helpful staff enabled a slightly early check in which was much appreciated after a long drive and also chilled a bottle of champagne for me as no fridges in the rooms which are basic but clean and functional

​Absolutely awesome experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We had a brilliant stay here. The rooms are compact but brilliantly functional—small, but with absolutely everything you need. Every single aspect of our visit was awesome, from the immaculate, clean rooms to the fantastic, friendly staff. The breakfast and bar facilities were also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely surprise! The CIM building in cookham has delightful old world charm. The room was small but functional although a bedside lamp would’ve been a nice addition. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Altogether a lovely stay and would recommend for lone women.

Room was quite hot and the double bed was quite small. It is more suited as a single room than a true double in my opinion. Lovely bathroom and a nice property as a whole with good facilities, although I found the WiFi very slow throughout. Breakfast could be improved as the hot food was not refreshed and was a little cold and uninspiring. Need to work on the simple things, such as replacing sauces/refilling milk when empty and making sure plates are available for customers. We arrived for breakfast at 9am which is half hour before it finishes so I would expect slight better service levels for customers who want a later breakfast. On the more positive side of things, Marcus on reception gave us a lovely welcome and explained everything in detail.
