We apologise profusely once again for the torn sheet; our linen is laundered by a third party company and whilst these instances are very uncommon, we accept that this should have been noted prior to your arrival. We most certainly hope the quick turn around was sufficient. As for the bed itself, we have forwarded these claims on to our operations team for further inspection.
