A central location and friendly staff were the cheer leaders of our stay. Unfortunately we found the room over furnished for the 17m2 available, barely room to unpack. The windows were painted shut, which for a small room was uncomfortable not to have fresh air. The lift did not go to our floor directly which meant a flight of 8 stairs with luggage to get to our tightly packed away room. A pretty hotel.

This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful historic building. The restaurant is amazing and quality service all around. The only downside was the room was really lacking some amenities like coat hangers and space in the bathroom to put your belongings.

Nice looking hotel but the the room had too much furniture and bathroom is too small. A bit noisy too from street noise. Staff were amazing - from reception to the conference staff to the food and beverage staff to check out.

Lovely Stay but Restaurant Fully Booked

Lovely hotel right in the city centre. You can easily walk to most places. Excellent service & the room was really nicely appointed. The only disappointing thing about our stay was that the restaurant was fully booked. I’m really surprised that no capacity is reserved for guests staying in the hotel - that’s the normal advantage of booking a hotel that has a restaurant in it.

The hotel was easy to find. We booked parking for two nights. The room was a good size. We were very comfortable apart from a window that rattled in the wind during the first night. It would be nice to have more than 2 teabags. It would be better to have two chairs in the room so visitors do not have to sit on the bed. Staff all very friendly.
