We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Queenstown, so we picked it based on the map, price, and description. On the map, to us, it looked like it was in the centre of town. While it is only a short and very pleasant walk to the pier, the walk is rather steep on the way back. People with health issues could find it to be a challenge. However, the location is still very convenient.
We feel we got great value for the price. The hotel appears to be very new. The lobby...

Booking and check in was so easy, especially considering we arrived late at night, we had no troubles. Sauna was amazing, the room was super clean. We stayed 2 nights and came back the second day to the room cleaned, fresh sheets and towels. The hotel was a short walk to the middle of Queenstown. Would 1000% recommend this hotel, overall a great stay in an awesome location and it was genuinely affordable.

All the staff were lovely, especially Maddy and Arina at reception. Our flight was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred so we had to extend our stay, during a stressful time the staff gave great assistance.

The staff at this property were outstanding & made our 7 night stay very enjoyable. The reception & concierge/valet staff were so friendly & it was never too much trouble to get our car out for us. The complimentary hot chocolate was wonderful after being out in the cold. Great buffet breakfast each morning with friendly staff greeting with a smile & Gabriella went above & beyond to welcome all guests. What a lovely lady & an asset to the hotel. Having the option of a breakfast box to take away...
