Staff at the pool were helpful, sauna was good as well as jacuzzi. Dinner at the restaurant was OK. Staff very helpful. Parking was difficult, poor surface and messy parking. When the bed is considered, the pillo was rock hard, not for me. I would appreciate a choice or softer pillows. Staff at the reception were polite and helpful . Corridor noise was a bit for me. I'm a light sleeper."

"The room was very clean but a little battered looking. All the staff were amazing except for the waiter who served us in the restaurant the first night. He just ignored us and everytime we called him it took him forever to come back. We gave up waiting to order dessert and just paid the bill. The staff everywhere else were great and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we were shocked that no one was checking if we had pre paid. We actually had to go and ask to pay because no one checked they assumed we had already paid. The hotel location was very hand for us and close to town."
