Biggest most comfortable bed I have ever slept in which had the most beautiful quality bedding. It was a very luxurious nights sleep, The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Only slight downside was that I had some noisy neighbours but apart from that I had a quality stay and would certainly return,

Staff were excellent, in particular Chloe who managed to deal with our very large party splitting a restaurant bill and whose enthusiasm was infectious. The rooms are large and have excellent amenities at this price. The bed was a little softer than I have at home but was large and comfortable. Excellent aircon throughout. Two little gripes, one of which they can do nothing about. There is very little space to drop off close to the hotel and the nearest car park isn’t 24h. The other thing is the wine available by the glass is a poor selection and opened bottles are not pumped. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend.

Just had a one night stay here and couldn’t really find fault other than a lack of biscuits with the tea and coffee caddy in the room! Rooms well appointed, service exceptional throughout and one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had for only £10. If and when we come back to Coventry, this will be our go to.

lovely stay, Rooms are a very good size. We found the pillows far too firm the first night but they very kindly found us softer ones for the second night and we slept so well. Good selection at breakfast- the best mini pastries I've had!
