"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. "First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home...

"Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. "

"It is ideally located in centre of town, a park across the road and river that runs by the apartment. The church bells rang on Sunday morning at 11am which was nice. The downside for some would be the noise from the road and bar downstairs but the convenience of being in town centre means there would be some noise so we did not mind. There is 20 mins parking outside in layby by baths or 2 hours across small park to unload then car park has ability to pay 24 hours at a time on phone. It has good...

"All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"
