Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable, staff very friendly and very professional, especially impressed that breakfast was staffed by polite staff dressed in suits so they really want to make a good impression, and they do. The quality of the breakfast was higher than most breakfast buffets, coffee and tea served to you by the staff. As this is what I would class as a budget hotel, I hope that doesn't insult them, but that is what I was expecting, it goes above and beyond budget standard. I would definitely recommend and will be very happy to rebook next time we are needing somewhere to stay near Coventry. Also some handy shops and fast food places opposite the hotel if you arrive late like we did. We managed to park opposite the hotel for free as we arrived late and left early, so we didn't have to brave the car park which I had read some dodgy comments about!

Zsolt at reception was so helpful and made checking in fast and easy. The room on the 14th floor had fantastic views. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing on a 32 degree day. The breakfast was well worth the extra.

The hotel is well placed, with secure parking. The rooms were clean and tidy and well appointed with a sensible amount of power and USB outlets. The breakfast was fantastic, well worth the money if booked early. Probably the best sausages I have had at a hotel. Well done all.
