We stayed at the Ramada Coventry as a family for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, with good facilities. The hotel was also lovely and quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep. A couple of small improvements would be welcome, particularly access to Netflix or other streaming services on the TVs and plug sockets closer to the beds. Breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of both continental and traditional English breakfast options, with everything good quality, fresh and plentiful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and straightforward. Parking is available next door at £8 per day, which seemed reasonable given how convenient it was. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast options and good value for money. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to others.

Breakfast was good. They have a wide selection of English Breakfast. The servers were very polite and friendly. Patricia in the dinning went above and beyond. Other than my A/c going off and on, I had a good 3 days at Ramada.

Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. I think it may be the lift which my room was near to. Thus I barely got any sleep. Then housekeeping knocked at the door 4 hours before check out time! For these reasons I will not be returning.

Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable, staff very friendly and very professional, especially impressed that breakfast was staffed by polite staff dressed in suits so they really want to make a good impression, and they do. The quality of the breakfast was higher than most breakfast buffets, coffee and tea served to you by the staff. As this is what I would class as a budget hotel, I hope that doesn't insult them, but that is what I was expecting, it goes above and beyond budget standard. I would definitely recommend and will be very happy to rebook next time we are needing somewhere to stay near Coventry. Also some handy shops and fast food places opposite the hotel if you arrive late like we did. We managed to park opposite the hotel for free as we arrived late and left early, so we didn't have to brave the car park which I had read some dodgy comments about!

Zsolt at reception was so helpful and made checking in fast and easy. The room on the 14th floor had fantastic views. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing on a 32 degree day. The breakfast was well worth the extra.
