"Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year."

My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage. "I've stayed here several times now and it always hits the spot for me. The location within Resorts World is great with a plethora of shops, bars and eateries on your doorstep, plus the casino if you like a flutter. The spa here is very good, particularly the outdoor (but sheltered) hot tub. Breakfast is definitely worth the money if you want to fuel up for the day ahead; there's loads of choice and it's in the sky bar, with good views of the planes coming into the airport. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped - the Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The beds are huge and comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is one of the best in any hotel I've been in. I have stayed in places that do certain things a little better than the Genting, but this hotel does everything, really well. A little tip - don't pay the £15 per day parking that hotel reception offer you - if you spend £20 in any shop or restaurant in Resorts World, they will validate your parking ticket and make it £3.50 instead!"
