"This hotel is about 30 minutes from central San Juan but Ubers (@$35 depending on time of day) were very accessible. The staff was great. The beach is a 1 minute walk from your room. The restaurant is nice but limited, hotel food with good drinks. The beach is for hotel guest only, this was a plus. Would definitely stay here again. "

I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"We had a problem with our a/c. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend and if I visit Old San Juan again I would definitely stay here. It was quiet, clean and they have jacuzzi’s on the rooftop along with stone baths on the rooftop. "

"When booking this trip (our first to Puerto Rico) we were told that parking was available just a couple of blocks away and it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off our luggage at the building entrance and park in a nearby, inexpensive parking garage.
