Wonderful place we put clients at and everyone loved it. Beautiful and great location.
Is a great base of operation to explore the city, staff were wonderful and helpful. Rooftop bar and pool were a great place to chill and recoup before going out again
This small hotel is in a perfect location on the edge of Old San Juan. You can walk anywhere and avoid the endless stream of cars going into the Old city. Some people complained of noise but our room was quiet and lovely. The restaurant on the roof is fantastic ( get the ceviche). If we had stayed in one of the big hotels away from the old city it would have been a completely different experience. Definitely visit the forts and the Museum of the Americas is a gem.
Room was spotless and beautifully designed. Locations was great - very walkable all over Old San Juan. Loved the restaurants. Great food and drinks. Staff was excellent and helpful.
Convenient location, amazing rooftop bar and restaurant, helpful desk staff, and excellent general manager.

Ideal location! At the start of Old Town; walk anywhere! Bed is extremely comfortable, room very well appointed. The rooftop has great views and a fantastic restaurant.. all in all, a great place to stay and will be our regular spot when we’re in town.
Perfect location to explore Old San Juan. Elevators are small and usually there is a wait. King suites lovely but you hear a lot of noise at night from the square, including roosters and garbage trucks. Smaller
room have no exterior windows—only a frosted one overlooking interior courtyard. You have to go out for any kind of breakfast selection but there is a nice cafe steps away. Restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, both for drinks and food. Plunge pool on the roof is hard to get in and out of.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and boutique feel.

3 chairs to lay out, no pool, only cold plunge. Only 4 people can be on the elevator/2 with luggage. Takes forever the elevator. No windows for $700 a night and you can hear everything.. like everything in the halls in the rooms above and next to you. In a good location but too the hours of the restaurants were not accommodating
The hotel is very posh. The staff are super helpful, professional and accommodating. The food, drinks and staff at the rooftop restaurant were also excellent!
Lovely boutique property with an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Great coffee shop and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this property in the heart of Old San Juan.
Staff was amazing , especially the ladies at the front desk . They were very friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us a complimentary upgrade , because the room we originally had booked was no longer available. Clean room , great amenities and dining options . Andaluz downstairs has amazing tapas
