"This wasn’t a room to sleep in, but an immersive experience. In a city built in 1521, this property feels like one of the oldest. The character of The Gallery was one for lifetime memories. The staff were wonderful and there are many live-in parrots. The collection of art is better than a lot of museums. Just truly a special place."

"The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were very spacious. We stayed in a studio. It was just enough space for our 1 night stay before our cruise. The hotel is centrally located in old San Juan. Everything is a short walk away. The key pad entry was very convenient. We could come and go as we wanted. The historic charm of the building was really awesome to see. The kitchen had lots of space. There were plenty of cups and glasses. We had no problem keeping things in the fridge.
