Very centrally located, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Street was a little noisy on the Saturday at night but we didn’t mind, and it wasn’t as noisy the following night but just to be aware of. Would highly recommend this place if you want to explore all that old San Juan has to offer. We enjoyed walking to both Castillos, which were only a few minutes away. Felt very safe at night walking, plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops just feet away. The kitchen was very well stocked and as a family made cooking very easy.

This is a hidden gem in Old San Juan. The room was SPACIOUS, well appointed and reflected classic Puerto Rico style. Our room had a stove, full size fridge, great air-conditioning,Nice bathroom with a shower that never ran out of hot water. They have some common areas with seating, coffee, ice, and vending machine that was reasonable. It is on Fortaleza street so evenings were a bit noisy but i live in the city so nothing too bad.

The property is in a prime area. Close to shops and entertainment. However the rooms were very loud. The light in the hallway filtered into the bedroom so you can’t get a good night sleep. I would recommend black out curtains and reinforcing quiet time between 10-6.
