"Views from the rooftop was amazing. Loved the two rooftop areas for having a relaxing conversation over a glass of wine and nice breeze after a day of exploring the fort and town, Beds are so comfortable. Staff friendly and knowlegable. Wonderful air-conditioning and loved the small balcony. Quiet rooms which in Old San Juan is amazing. If given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

"They are using an energy generator during the night, with the excuse that there is no electricity during that period. My room was shaking from the generator noise, and the diesel fumes were entering the room. I left the room that same day. "

"No elevator and you are expected to carry up your own luggage. 3 or 4 floors Some of the front desk staff were rude and didn’t really want to help you. We asked about reserving a cab the night prior to leaving the next morning at 4:00 departure time. We were told someone would be available at 4 am to order cab for us. We found a sign stating staff was on a break and returning soon. They never did. Had to order an Uber. Left 30 min. late! Party on the street night before, so loud we couldn’t sleep. Would not recommend this Hotel!!! "

"The property was poorly maintained the worst experience, not clean, pool was not open, no blankets, no towels no soap, no remote control for the air condition etc.
The doors for the room did not lock properly and the windows did not closed or locked correctly.
This hotel should not be allowed to be open to the public."

"Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work. "
