Awesome host and amazing location. Sent this location to my family for when they plan to come to San Juan. In the heart of everything and perfect for someone who doesn’t want to rent a car but wants to explore old San Juan. The host was very accommodating and the room was beautiful.

Spacious accommodations for our family of six conveniently located to shopping, dining, and historical sites. Perfect for our stay prior to departing on a cruise. Maricruz stayed in constant communication and provided great options for dining and transportation. We were even able to store our luggage after checkout so we could explore Old San Juan prior to our cruise embarkation.

Superb location! Room was adequate. Clean, updated. We didn’t see an employee the whole time we were there. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, which was do-able, but a little struggle. Their communication was good via email and what’s-app. They said they would have someone there at our arrival time, but there was no one there. No big deal. I would definitely stay again due to the location. So close to restaurants etc in the heart of San Juan. And we were able to leave our luggage there before our cruise headed out.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first! The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and everything in Old San Juan is easily walkable. They are such a great host—very communicative and welcoming. The A/C kept the rooms perfectly cool, everything was super clean, and there’s even a parking garage nearby if you have a rental. Such a great spot—can’t wait to come back again!
