"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The one and only negative is the placement of the AC unit in the room - because of how it is installed it is inefficient."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient for business in Adlershof. The room is spacious and clean, some rooms are facing on the ground floor directly a street with a lot of traffic. Very noisy!! "
