"Staff - A young woman working at reception in the evening prepared tea and warm croissants for me knowing I wasn’t feeling well. May seem a small gesture but both the tea and the gesture made all the difference in how I felt."

"Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp. They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready. Everything was clean and set up nicely. Free water, coffee, earplugs Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy Friendly staff Cons: The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground. It was only one double sofa bed, rather than two singles. Creaky beds There is no vent in the bathroom, so it can get musty. The shower water spills out, since there is no barrier. No cleaning unless you stay at least 7 days TLDR: You get what you pay for. This hotel was relatively cheap, and fit four people (tight fit). Others complain about the train noise, but it was very quiet with the windows closed."

"My room was very clean and housekeeping occurred at really convenient hours My brother needed extra time to sleep and I expected our room not to be cleaned as during one of our days we left the hotel room at 4pm and was pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned when we returned Housekeeping was solid and they also opened the window every day which was nice The room was clean and had a modern look which I personally appreciated There was air conditioning which was nice The soundproofing in the room was good and we appreciated being assigned to a room in a corner on a relatively quiet floor as it allowed us to chat late into the night Criticisms: (Smallest to largest) -The hallway in front of the bathroom was a bit thin -The main entrance is closed after midnight and you have to circle to the north side to use a side entrance -Due to my brother and I being germaphobic We ran out of shampoo and body soap since understandable the bottles were only half full when we arrived Housekeeping solved this by the next day which we were thankful for -and on the last day at 8am a fire alarm went off, it seems this was a false alarm It was definitely a bit interruptive of our sleep I was overall very impressed 8.5/10 I would very much be willing to book this hotel again if the service remains at this standard"
