"wohnung war okay, sauber aber nicht wirklich grundgereinigt, duschwasser lief nicht richtig ab. schlafzimmer waren sehr gut. verkehrssituation war aufgrund einer offenbar lange dauernden Baustelle sehr schwierig.Parkplatz mit Glück auf einer entfernten neben- strasse. Baustelle bereits seit september 2024, hinweis darauf fehlte gänzlich."

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...

"Der Service ist schlecht. Das Bad war nicht geputzt, dies hat man nach Kritik behoben. Lange Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Die Schlafcouch ist ungemütlich, ging so gerade. Die lange Bodenlange Glasfront, ist sehr hellhörig. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich an der z ca 120 cm x 60 cm große Wasserflecken. Wären wir nicht nur für drei Nächte da gewesen, hätten wir definitiv storniert, den Stress wollten wir uns no hat an tun. Vorm Haus ein Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Die Zahlen auf dem Metalrädchen...

"This was a great apartment with space for two adults and one teenager. Location is good with easy access to subway and many close by restaurants.Well equipped kitchen (microwave would have been nice for heating up takeout) and comfortable living room. Comfortable beds with cozy duvets.It is streetside and there is a good amount of noise from people walking by the bedroom windows but that usually settled down during the night. Did not keep us awake.Communication was stellar. We had some...

"Nice groundfloor flat situated in a quiet area. It's convenient for 4 persons. The kitchenette has everything necessary for quick cooking. We appreciated the location very near the subway, direct to the city centre ans the Hauptbanhnof."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten Apartement sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist neu und es gab alles, was wir benötigt haben. Schnee vor der Tür und drinnen schön warm, so schön kann Winter in Berlin sein. Einen Bäcker giibt es auf der anderen Strassenseite und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist um die Ecke: sehr praktisch.Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Very convenient for a shot Berlin trip. Well equipped but quite dusty without carpeting. Would profit from more coat hangers and cosy seating. The big screen is a waste with only high backed kitchen chairs to go in front."
