We went to a concert at the Uber Arena, this hotels location was amazing and convenient for our purposes. Walking distance to a mall, transportation by bus or train to most other areas around Berlin. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location and walkable to restaurants, bars, cafes, and directly across the East Side Gallery. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I would stay at this hotel next time I’m visiting Berlin.

Hotel is conveniently located to Ostbahnhof and directly opposite the East Side Gallery. The female receptionist who served me was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and bathroom spacious.

Lovely hotel very close to the Uber arena and music hall. Lovely, helpful staff and excellent breakfast options. It's a shame the rooftop isn't open on Sundays , especially in nice weather, so we didn't get to experience this. I also think it would be nice to have 2x of each complimentary drink if 2 people have booked the room? Would strongly recommend this hotel still!

We stayed here six nights. Rooms were very quiet. Staff was gracious and accommodating. Lots of restaurants near the facility and walking distance to transit and shopping. Area is a bit touristy... lots of American brands. But it felt safe.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, just 15 minutes from most sightseeing spots in downtown Berlin. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is next to the Uber Arena, which can sometimes be quite noisy. It features a great rooftop bar with good drinks. The breakfast buffet is large but expensive. The staff are very nice, and the room and bathroom are clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa.

Lovey, clean and super quiet rooms

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Lovely, clean room. The quietness in the rooms was extraordinary. Even though we stayed on the first floor, we heard absolutely nothing from the loud street right below us. And I couldn’t even tell if there was any other guests staying at the hotel. That’s how well isolated the rooms are. Will definitely stay here again.

Helpful and Attentive Staff

The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏

Indigo is mostly a nice hotel. It cannot receive 5 stars though, because they have these utterly useless and annoying sliding glassdoors to the bathroom. No one wants a door to the toilet that does nothing for sound or smell and hardly anything for sight. Please just give me a proper door! Also, the pillows are very stiff. Other than that, I like the hotel a lot. The service is really good, breakfast is extremely well laid out and the decor is decent. Right next door to the arena. Oh, if you are going by car, park at the East Side Mall for 14 €/day rather than the parking garage around the corner for 28 €/day.

The only complaint I have about this place was the weird small duvets they give you. Way too small. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Imagine opening your window and seeing the Berlin Wall! Billy, a member of the staff, was amazingly friendly and helpful, and he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again...although I might bring my own comforter.
