Friendly. Clean. The toilets don't really flush so I'm glad we were there for only 10 hours.. But it's close to the airport and the air conditioning worked well. So there's that. We also got a shuttle back to the airport which was very helpful.

The room and hotel were ok for the price, the free airport shuttle was convenient for an early morning flight, the room was nice and modern but the bathroom had hairs in the shower, sink and floor, which was a bit of a let down from an overall nice hotel.

Staff was great and the airport shuttle was convenient. At first appearance, the hotel looks fine. But the hallway floors need replacing and the linens were torn and stained. The pool is not as pictured. The cabanas barely had cushions and if they did, they were ripped and unusable. The pool loungers were also broken. The pool area is a complete disappointment. The hotel did feel safe and secure and there was a restaurant and breakfast which I didn't use.

Overall, it was okay because they do provide transportation to and from the airport. There is also a pool and an outlet across the street for you to walk to if you get hungry or would like to shop. On the contrary, the hotel has no small rags to shower with. There is also no microwave and the breakfast is not equivalent to what you would get in the United States. Lastly, for dinner they charge you to eat. The price of the hotel does not reflect the amenities and service you get.

Close to Moon Palace

It's right outside the entrance of Moon Palace. Nice hotel and pool. The outlet mall across the street has super expensive prices.

This place is very quiet and at a walkable distance to the shopping mall in the area. The environment is very beautiful and their staff are friendly. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys quietness during their vacation. You could book your event from a nearby Hotel called Avani hotel and the transportation will be provided for you to go and come back to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.

I had a very disappointing experience with the shuttle service. I called 24 hours ahead to confirm my booking and was told it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk to reconfirm, but after waiting 30 minutes—and then over an hour—no shuttle arrived. During this time, calls to the hotel were either not answered or abruptly hung up after they had already “confirmed” the shuttle. After nearly two hours, I had to arrange my own transportation. The front desk showed little concern or effort to help. While the room, food, and cleanliness were fine, the service did not meet Marriott standards. If you want a convenient trip, I recommend staying at a better hotel or in a different area.

This is our second time staying here. We love this hotel and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were having breathing issues due to the humidity in the room and they gave us an air purifier and tried to help as much as possible. It would be great if the hotel invests in a ventilation system or even open small windows to refresh the air in the rooms. Overall, the staff is great, the place is very clean and the price is affordable compared to other places in Cancun.

Hotel Shuttle is a Joke. Waited 90 minutes!!!

Okay hotel. The Free Hotel shuttle bus is a complete joke!!! Waited 90 minutes and ruined our arrival. When booking here make sure to get Shuttle booked well in advance as Hotel does not make it easy on you. Ingrid and Samantha were nice in giving us late checkout til 7pm!

I arrived to the maya train, i called the hotel to pick me and family up, they just instructed me to go to the airport, and they were the one who told me that there was a free bus from the train to the airport, (at the train stations no one helped me to try to figure the way, the taxi drivers were trying to rip us off taking us to our hotel and the lady in there who works for the maya train wouldn't give us any advice) once I was there in the Terminal 2 (like I said before, the shuttle hotel told us about the free shuttle from maya train to airport) they pick us up in no time.! It was great! Check in was fast, the hotel was very clean, modernized, free continental breakfast, i schedule the shuttle back to the airport, it was awesome, I recommend!

The hotel was not as clean, new, or spacious as I expected based on their website and the brand they represent. While the employees were incredibly friendly and kind to us, there were several disappointments during our stay. At check-in, staff were on their phones, and when I asked for water (which was supposed to be provided in the rooms), they didn’t have any—not even a single bottle in the entire place. The breakfast buffet had to be paid for in dollars, which was unusual, and the receptionist initially said we could pay with a card but that wasn’t the case. Additionally, the sheets in the room were not very clean. Overall, while we only stayed one night and appreciated the friendly staff, the cleanliness and basic amenities fell far short of expectations.
