Check in was incredible easy and the staff were friendly. Odalys & Hayve were amazing for my check in and check out experience. The perks are just non stop. Vibes are just out of this world. Will definitely be coming back.

Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels

The entire facility, rooms and surrounding area kept clean at all times. Services , meals and beverages are premium. I give this hotel a 10/10.
