Toilets near reception not clean and not helped by hole in ceiling but were being cleaned early next day. Hot water very very slow coming through both in toilets mentioned above and in our own bathroom. Our bathroom door did not close properly-this was a significant issue for us and I mentioned it at reception when leaving. Swimming pool was excellent as were car parking arrangements. Thank you."
