"Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bedroom in modern wing extremely comfortable. Spa facilities great. Had a wonderful time and would stay again. Only slight negative is the breakfast experience. Queuing and waiting for food as trays empty, no mugs on table or at coffee machine ( 1 out of order). More wetherspoons than the rest of the Crewe Hall experience."

"In short the stay was good, staff were helpful. I did think that the room had a bit of a weird smell to it, I didn’t report this tho. The only thing that bothered me was I arrived at 3.50pm and was told room was not ready. Although check in was at 3pm. So had to wait in the bar for around 20mins until room was ready. I was given a drinks voucher while I waited."
