"Writing **Review of Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre** I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre, and the location was convenient for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. The hotel offered a comfortable base for my visit, and overall, the experience was reasonable. However, the air conditioning was not working as expected, which affected the comfort of the room, particularly when trying to relax and get a good night's sleep. I would have appreciated a more effective cooling system to make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel's location was a definite plus, but the air conditioning issue needs attention to improve the guest experience. I hope this can be addressed for future visitors."

"It was a very nice hotel that was centrally located in the center of Birmingham. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Personally, I was not expecting the area around the hotel to be so busy in the evenings, but things did quiet down by 10 pm. Overall, I was highly recommend this hotel."

"The bedroom was good with two comfortable double beds. Shower but no bath but not an issue for us. Room was quite warm. A fan is provided. Be aware that the gym and parking is an additional cost, although not expensive."

"The room was surprisingly spacious for an Express hotel. The storage space and shelving was well thought out. A huge bed and big comfy chair and table. The shower room was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was generally clean but there were some tea stains on the carpet under the shelving. I also noticed an old wrist band down behind the bedside table which had clearly been missed during cleaning. The reception, bar and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. It was an especially late night/early morning finish for the bar staff on Saturday night which was much appreciated by some members of our party. The hotel was very busy but there was a good amount of parking spaces provided."

"The building was amazing for its age. we didn't experience any lost soles at night cleaning not the best the high dusting hadn't been dne for months rather disappointed being it cost £160 a night and you cnt get a breakfast they recomend 2 cafe's to go towe went in to the bar for a drink and i think we stood there for nearly 10 mins before some asked if we would like a drink"
