The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Rebecca Kholer who served us breakfast was really good at her job, so friendly and welcoming. We also had a good experince with the waiters and bar staff in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely spacious room with lots of character. Loved the old fire place and welcoming music on the radio! Nice shower and clean bathroom. Very friendly staff and lovely food in the bar. The Swan is one of my favourite places to visit in Stafford

This was our 3rd stay with you; we returned because we have always enjoyed our visits. The hotel is really characterful, comfortable and beautifully clean. All the staff we meet are friendly and efficient and the food is excellent. The Christmas decorations are fabulous!

Great Place

The Swan had a very nice vibe. Room was very clean, personnel very friendly, great location in city center. Breakfast was very delicios and traditional English options were available. Many thanks to the all staff and management.
